I am architect university degree from Pontificia Universidad Catlica del Ecuador, I have 12 years of experience and I´ve developed many professional lines that I detail bellow.

o Design of architectural projects - plan drawing - 3d modeling and rendering - budgeting, quantification and technical specifications - municipal management and approvals.
o Payroll control for both public and private construction projects
o Preparation of public offers for construction tenders.
o Intervention of real estate inventoried as heritage at the national level – Technical historical research, intervention feasibility, approval processes, constructive intervention. Oversight and qualification of heritage properties.
o Supervising architect of public and private buildings.
o Management of real estate projects - Market researches - total budgeting - economic and technical feasibility - Financial analysis (TIR AND VAN) - Capital flows.

About my design experience I have worked in many kind of buildings and spaces, for example: housesd, apartments, offices, hotels, retail, cultural spaces like theaters, urban squares. I have also supported several design projects, managing them both technically and constructively in spaces for educational and institutional purposes.

I have work all my live in Ecuador but my country have 4 different enviroment regions where I could work in 3 of them (highlands, coast and amazon jungle. This is the reason why I believe I can work in almost all types of climates in the world.

About my skills I have to say I like to be updated with the new trends in architecture and interior design, but I like to complement my knowledge with studies of technical and financial aspects that allow me to visualize my designs in a more real way, making them totally feasible for my clients.
