I am Paul Gaitho, an architectural designer based in Kikuyu, Kiambu, Kenya. I help clients develop clear, practical design proposals that respond to their space requirements, project goals and budget.
My architectural services include master planning, schematic layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections and 3D renderings. I also offer interior decorating and layout design, with an emphasis on how spaces will be used and how the design can be communicated clearly.
My portfolio includes a proposed residential apartment project in Kiambu, with two-bedroom, all-ensuite apartments on a 420-square-metre plot. This example shows my approach to residential planning and exterior presentation.
