Adekunle Emmanuel Olaoluwa

I'm an architectural and interior designer with more than four years of experience in the building industry. I take a project from the first client conversation all the way through to finished construction documentation. Over that time I've designed more than 50 homes, both in my home market and abroad. Each one began as a brief and ended as a complete design and documentation package.

My work covers the whole design process:

- Briefing and concept development: I translate what a client wants, and what a site allows, into a clear design direction.
- Planning: I develop layouts that work practically and spatially.
- Interior and exterior design: I treat the inside and outside of a building as one coherent design.
- Material specification: I choose and document finishes and materials so the design can be built as drawn.

I'm fluent in the major tools of the profession:

-Design and documentation: Chief Architect (my main platform, currently X17), Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp.
-Visualization and rendering: D5, Lumion, Twinmotion, Enscape and V-Ray.

This lets me move between technical drawings and photorealistic presentations depending on what the client or project needs.

I also like to push past standard deliverables. I'm building a workflow that exports Chief Architect models into Blender (currently version 5.2.0) to produce animated architectural walkthroughs. These would feature realistic human figures, including a model of myself, moving through the spaces. I plan to control the scenes from a keyboard-driven console and record video on demand. I want to use RealityScan to turn photos of real people into 3D models, with Twinmotion in the pipeline. I'm doing all of this on a modest HP ZBook 15 G3 laptop with free or low-cost tools. I'm also planning an AI assistant inside Blender, delivered as a single add-on file, that can reason through a task and suggest the best approach before it changes anything.

I've been shaping my professional presence there, including a dedicated interior design gig with a clear title, description and pricing. I came to it after considering a mobile app development offering and deciding to focus on design.

What I offer clients is a designer who understands the whole process, from the first sketch to the construction set, and who brings modern visualization and animation to the presentation. I work efficiently within real-world constraints and take ownership of the result.
