Ungambi Claude Njenyuge

I specialize in creating comprehensive architectural drawings for residential projects, including detailed floor plans, block plans, elevations, and building sections. My design approach prioritizes rational functional space planning, optimal building orientation, layout efficiency, and on-site construction feasibility, ensuring every design solution is user-centric and buildable.
In my recent practice, I have independently completed the full floor plan layout design for a G+1 residential building. The project involved deliberate and refined space allocation adjustments—such as strategically repositioning bathrooms and bedrooms—to enhance interior circulation flow, improve spatial comfort, and achieve precise structural alignment with exterior wall systems, delivering a more reasonable and standardized architectural layout.
I am a professional architectural designer with a solid academic and practical background in civil and structural engineering. This foundational expertise equips me with rigorous, in-depth technical knowledge of building construction processes, allowing me to design buildings for both aesthetic appeal and structural practicality, rather than focusing solely on visual design.
