**ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES**
I am an architect focused on architectural design, 3D modeling and visualization. I work on different types of projects and always try to find a good balance between functionality, aesthetics, comfort and the client's budget.
**My strengths**
My main strength is the ability to develop a project from an initial idea and turn it into a clear architectural proposal. I pay particular attention to space organization, proportions, materials, lighting and the overall appearance of the building.
I also provide detailed 2D drawings, 3D models and realistic renderings to help clients better understand and visualize their projects before construction.
I am familiar with **Archicad, SketchUp and Lumion**, which I use for architectural design, 3D modeling and visualization.
