I set out to make my clients actualize their building ideas, imaginations wishes. I feel satisfied when my client is satisfied. I put work first, fees and other payments second. I also design with environment and culture in mind. So that what I present not only merges with the surroundings, but also with the culture of the people in the neighborhood.
The same must also be moulded so as to bring the requirements and wishes of the client to reality. The budget of the client should at all times be adhered to while in the process of design and material specifications.
At all time, and through the process of construction, I endeavour to remain the eye of the client.
And while setting out to be unique in design, the budget of the client must be the point of departure in materials and labour. I remain honest and simple, while addressing all aspects of design and construction.
