1. Concept & Brief I review your sketch, drawings, dimensions, site information and project requirements.
2. Design Development I develop the architectural layout, elevations, sections and 3D model according to the agreed brief.
3. Detailed Documentation I prepare organized and clearly dimensioned drawings suitable for design coordination and construction use.
4. 3D Visualization Where required, I create 3D models and realistic visuals to help clients understand the proposed design.
5. Revisions & Delivery I incorporate agreed revisions and deliver the final drawings in the required formats, such as DWG, PDF and other agreed formats.

For larger or more detailed projects up to 500 m². Includes complete architectural design development, detailed drawings, elevations, sections, 3D modeling and high-quality visualization with coordinated documentation.
