Since our establishment in 2012, we have built a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy that delivers civil and structural solutions of the highest technical standard, across Kenya and East Africa.
Our structural engineering capability is best demonstrated through our work on major high-rise and mixed-use developments. We provided full civil and structural engineering design and supervision services for Misty Springs Apartments in Nairobi, a completed 25-storey mixed-use tower valued at Ksh 1.5 billion, comprising basement parking, commercial podium floors, and 22 typical residential floors for client Hai Jiang International Company Limited. Building on this success, we are currently delivering structural and civil engineering services for the Emerald Springs twin-tower development, also in Nairobi — a more ambitious 28-storey dual-tower scheme with two basement levels and podium parking, currently at practical completion stage.

In Tanzania, we have delivered structural engineering services for the Westmont Hotel – Crown Plaza extension in Dar es Salaam (Project Value: Ksh 257 million), where we designed and supervised approximately 1,000m² of new facilities — including meeting rooms, breakout spaces, and an auditorium — integrated into a fully operational five-star hotel. We are also currently providing structural engineering for the Tanzania Gemmological Centre training facility in Arusha (Project Value: Ksh 1 billion), a twin-tower development of nine floors with basement and roof terrace.
Our work at the Lehigh Talent Academy in Nanyuki for MISE Foundation, Project Value: Ksh 570 million, represents one of our most holistic infrastructure assignments. We delivered civil and structural engineering design and supervision for a transformative school campus comprising an elementary school, administration building, gymnasium, dining hall, running track, grandstand seating, multi-sport courts, and full vehicle and pedestrian circulation infrastructure — including driveways, car parks, and bus drop-off zone — together with sewer reticulation and stormwater drainage systems.
We take pride in our growing portfolio of industrial design works. For the Hewa Tele Liquid Oxygen Plant at Tatu City, Kenya, we delivered the complete civil and structural engineering design package — encompassing industrial buildings, external buildings, driveway geometry, stormwater reticulation, and sewer networks — engineered to the demands of a liquid oxygen production facility. Our scope extended to full technical document control and coordination across the design and construction lifecycle, ensuring compliance and traceability of all engineering deliverables.

For the ENI Agri-Hub Facility in Kenya, we provided both the civil and structural engineering design for the facility buildings and associated works, as well as the standalone geometric design of external access roads serving the site. Both scopes have been successfully completed, the first biofuels production facility in Kenya.
Across a series of retail and commercial developments for Basic Land Investment Limited, we have delivered civil and structural engineering design and supervision services for projects in Eldoret (Basic Elgon View, Ksh 160 million — completed) and Nakuru (Basic 58, Ksh 315 million; Basic Kenyatta Avenue, Ksh 130 million; Basic Shabab, Ksh 130 million). These projects — comprising multi-storey commercial buildings housing supermarkets, retail shops, and offices — required us to design and integrate access roads, acceleration and deceleration lanes, parking layouts, and drainage systems in compliance with road design standards and development requirements
