I’m a graduate Architect currently working at WEVAM Group and MAGA Civil Engineers, I’ve been on site setting out buildings, supervising contractors, preparing contract documents, and coordinating between design teams and construction crews. I understand the real-world rhythm of construction and the sequencing, the delays, the resource gaps, and the need for clear, honest progress tracking.

I’m highly proficient with digital tools (ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion), comfortable with spreadsheets and data, and I can also develop and maintain programme schedules in Primavera P6 across multiple disciplines (civil, structural, MEP, architectural). Perform critical path analysis, schedule compression studies, and delay analysis. Visit sites to assess progress. Manage contractors and consultants. Administer contracts. Conduct what-if scenario analysis for procurement sequencing, resource levelling, and logistics planning.
