Pavilion Nexus Ventures is a multidisciplinary design and project delivery studio specializing in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, Construction Documentation, Procurement and Project Coordination. We combine creative design thinking with practical technical knowledge to develop spaces that are functional, commercially viable, visually distinctive and responsive to their context.

Our design philosophy is centered on creating purposeful environments where aesthetics, functionality, sustainability and constructability work together. We approach every project by first understanding the client's objectives, site conditions, users and budget, then translating these requirements into clear architectural and interior solutions.

Our experience covers a diverse range of projects including residential developments, apartments and maisonettes, hospitality and restaurant interiors, commercial spaces, institutional facilities, renovations, fit-outs and large-scale spatial planning. Our portfolio demonstrates experience from concept development and space planning through detailed design, visualization, construction documentation and project coordination.

We provide architectural design, interior design, space planning, 3D modeling and visualization, architectural and construction drawings, interior fit-out design, renovation design, furniture and material selection, procurement support and project coordination.

Our design workflow is supported by professional digital tools including Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Archicad, Rhino/Grasshopper, 3ds Max, Lumion, Twinmotion, Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite. This allows us to develop coordinated designs, detailed documentation and high-quality visual presentations that enable clients to clearly understand a project before construction begins.
