I am Mabel, an architect and co-founder of Madespace Studios formerly known as Madhaus Studios, an architectural design practice based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, delivering high-end design solutions to clients locally and worldwide.

With over 6 years of post-graduation experience, I specialize in luxury
residential design, commercial architecture, interior architecture and space planning, building facelifts and renovations, high-end 3D visualization, and comprehensive construction documentation.

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY
I believe great architecture is not about grand gestures, it is about every decision being right. Every space I design begins with a deep understanding of how people live, move, and feel within a building.
I design spaces that work beautifully before they look beautiful, considering
natural light, ventilation, material warmth, and human experience from the very first sketch.
Architecture should tell the story of the person who lives in it. My job is to listen carefully enough to tell that story well.

DESIGN PROCESS
My process is transparent, structured, and collaborative. It begins with a
detailed discovery brief, understanding your vision, lifestyle, site, and budget. From there I develop concept designs, then move into full 3D visualization so you see exactly what you are getting before construction begins. Once approved, I produce a comprehensive construction drawing set that any contractor can execute accurately. I do not move to the next stage without your approval. No surprises. No guesswork.

SOFTWARE
I work entirely in-house using ArchiCAD at expert level for design and full construction documentation, SketchUp for concept modelling and massing studies, and D5 render for photorealistic rendering and cinematic visualization. No outsourcing. No delays.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE
My project portfolio spans luxury residential bungalows with high-end facade treatments including terracotta render, olive fluted cladding, and natural stone. Multi-story residential designs featuring double-height entrances, louvre screens, and premium landscaping integration. Full interior architecture packages including kitchen and dining spaces, master suites, ante rooms, living rooms, and luxury bathroom design. Building facelifts and exterior renovation concepts. Commercial space planning and 3D visualization.

Every project is delivered with a full 3D visualization package and a complete construction drawing set, according to my client's request.
