Design Philosophy

I believe good design should balance functionality, aesthetics, structural practicality, cost efficiency, and the needs of the client. My approach is to create practical and well-coordinated designs that are not only visually appealing but also realistic to construct and maintain.

Design Ability

I have the ability to develop and interpret architectural drawings, prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, and translate client requirements into practical building concepts. I also have a good understanding of construction methods, materials, measurements, and site requirements.

Project Experience

My experience includes academic and practical construction projects through my Diploma in Building and Construction and industrial attachment. I have been involved in interpreting drawings, construction planning, site activities, measurements, surveying, and understanding the coordination between design and actual construction work.

Professional Advantage

My key advantage is the combination of design knowledge and practical construction understanding.
