RENEE ABACHE

Good day! My name is Renee Abache, and I am an architect with experience in architectural design, drafting, 3D visualization, and project coordination for residential and commercial developments.

My design philosophy focuses on creating spaces that are functional, efficient, and visually balanced while responding to the needs of clients and end users. I believe that good architecture should combine aesthetics, practicality, and buildability to produce spaces that are both meaningful and sustainable.

Throughout my experience, I have worked on various projects including residential homes, mixed-use buildings, renovations, interior fit-outs, and commercial spaces. My responsibilities included conceptual design development, preparation of architectural and construction drawings, 3D modeling and rendering, shop drawings, coordination with suppliers and contractors, and assisting in project management tasks.

I am proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and other design-related software used for drafting, visualization, and presentation. I am also experienced in preparing technical drawings, detailed plans, and presentation materials with strong attention to accuracy and detail.

My strengths include technical drafting, space planning, problem-solving, time management, and adaptability in fast-paced work environments. I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to continuously improve my skills and knowledge in architecture and design.
