1.1 General
This document has been prepared to outline and detail the scope, qualification and experience available at TREVEN ARCHITECTS LTD. for the provision of a range of services in the fields of Architecture, Interior Design and Construction

1.2Scope

The document therefore details the firm’s field of expertise, range of services offered and the experience gained by the firm since its founding. In order to demonstrate the experience gained and the firm’s capabilities, a list of selected completed projects including briefs descriptive statements of the scope of works involved is presented. These are detailed in their respective CVs.

Also included are brief narratives on the key qualifications and experience of typical staff in a detailed breakdown vide the CV’s included in Appendix I, in order to show the capabilities for the services offered.

TREVEN ARCHITECTS LTD. also undertakes detailed feasibility studies with cost analysis and returns on investment projections.

TREVEN ARCHITECTS LTD. is an indigenous firm and was registered on 27th August 2015 with its office based at Development House, Moi Avenue Nairobi and at ODEK BUILDING along Posta Road, Awendo and has since completed many projects of various magnitudes with others on-going at various stages.
