My career in the built environment is defined by a unique progression from technical drafting to architectural design, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of both the structural "how" and the creative "why" of a project. I hold a Bachelor of Architecture from the Saint Joseph Institute of Technology, building upon a solid foundation in Architectural Drafting Technology from Caraga State University. This academic background is complemented by a National Certificate II in Technical Drafting (TESDA), ensuring that my creative visions are always anchored in technical accuracy and international standards.
With seven years of dedicated experience in the field, I have learned a diverse digital toolkit that includes AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Vray, Enscape, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop. My expertise lies in 2D drafting and 3D Visualization, where I transform conceptual sketches into immersive, photorealistic environments that allow clients to experience their residential or commercial spaces before construction begins.
I gained practical experience working at a construction company called Hanabana for a few years. As my academic and professional careers progressed, I transitioned from executing the technical plans of others to conceptualizing my own innovative designs. During my time with The Farms Architectural and Design Services, I worked closely under the mentorship of a Senior Architect, a pivotal experience that taught me to harmonize aesthetic ambition with functional and regulatory requirements. Whether I was drafting complex construction documents or conducting on-site visits, I learned that a successful project requires a seamless, disciplined workflow. My ability to thrive under pressure was further tested during a design competition organized by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), which sharpened my ability to collaborate effectively and meet demanding deadlines.
