Vertical Urbanism: Specializing in high-density developments, such as the 17-floor Kisumu Hotel Complex, where we manage mixed-use zones (Retail, Hospitality, and Housing) within a single vertical stack.
Biophilic Integration: Incorporating natural elements—such as the internal planters in the Makueni Manor—to ensure wellness and thermal comfort in tropical and sub-tropical climates.
2. Civil & Structural Engineering Rigor
Our engineering standards are designed to exceed Eurocode and British Standards (BS), ensuring every structure is a monument to "Technical Reliability."
Advanced Foundation Engineering: We utilize site-specific geotechnical data to design reinforced strip foundations and RC bases, ensuring stability in complex soil profiles (e.g., Red Volcanic or Black Cotton).
Industrial Portal Frames: For logistics hubs like Alpha Touch Motors and the Gemim Factory, we utilize clear-span steel portal frames with UC (Universal Column) rafters, providing unobstructed industrial volume for global supply chain operations.

High-Performance Envelopes: Utilizing "Wall Master" finishes, APP waterproofing membranes, and 10mm safety glazing to ensure long-term durability against extreme weather.
