Blackstone Design Consultants is a promising and one of the upcoming architectural design and project management consulting rms which is established with both local and international experience within South Africa. The practice provides architecture, interior design, landscape design, urban design and master-planning, quality assurance and quality management and project management services to a wide range of developments spanning across mixed-use, ofce, retail, residential, hotel, infrastructure, education, civic and culture, rail and urban planning.
Through this conguration, and operating as a multi-disciplinary, design-based rm, we are able to offer our clients a comprehensive service utilising our in-house skills and talents to add value to the product we deliver to our respective clients. The company also have an Associate Ofce Tanck Architects based in Malaysia giving the Client a quicker turn around due to time difference between Blackstone Design Consultants and Tanck Architects.

OUR HISTORY
Blackstone was established in 2006 with the aim to compete in all build environment sectors and to become one of the world's largest architectural, interior and urban designers and project management practices, a position which showcase the best cutting edge work the company is aiming to provide for its broad clients. The company was formed as a brain child dream of Tumanga Qholosha the current MD and who has worked across the globe and acquiring vast experience to see the dream materialise and recognised by the Clients at large.

BBBEE STATUS
Blackstone Design Consultants is a BBBEE Level 1 contributor and prides itself in ensuring this status is highly maintained by empowering emerging Black Companies also through Staff Composition where Women are also on the for front of the Company.

Blackstone Design Consultants is led by Directors and Associates, Tumanga Qholosha (Managing Director and Founder), Leabi Monethi and Tshepang Qholosha (Directors) with Associate Office Tanck Architects which is headed up by Chee Koon Tan in Malaysia. As the leadership team, they focus on the strategic, company and client liaison aspects with Tumanga Qholosha and CK Tan focusing on design and nancial management; combination of experience Architects, Project Managers and Technical Professional on project delivery.
In turn, the Executive Directors are supported by Associate Directors and Technical Associates.
The practice operates a team approach to project delivery, with each team being led by a director or associate director. Teams are structured and managed to deliver projects from inception to completion.
We recognise the vital contribution every staff member makes in the balance of a team therefore we select team members based on their individual skills and level of experience.
Blackstone Design Consultants currently employ architectural, project managers, interior and urban designers and technical staff members who are focused on various aspects of our service, ranging from concept and detailed design, presentation and computer-generated 3Ds, through to technical documentation and site administration.
As a dynamic company, our Directors track record spans a combination of 30 years of which time we have built a credible reputation for innovative, yet cost-effective designs, designs which have been acquired both locally and internationally.
Although the architectural, project management and interior design services offered are independent, there are a number of benets to choosing the integrated services of architecture, project management and interior design from the Blackstone Design Consultants:
