My name is Koech Leonard. I Born in Simoti Location, Konoin District, Bomet County and currently a
resident of Mogogosiek area at Simoti vicinity. I have 10 years years experience since I graduated at college
life as a heavy duty building and construction personnel. Throughout my work and life experience, I have
gained valuable experience. Here are some of my life and work highlights and accomplishments:
 I have quality assurances grades of Pass In My Knec Technical Exams.
 Iam a credited site supervisor from th N.C.A.
 Iam a coach and mentor of my extreme living vicinity in society development.
 Iam linked with registered Engineers in plans approval.
 During my technical life school, was recommended an active student leader, class representative WELCOME TO MY PORTFOLIO.
1) Occupational Goals.
My short term goal is to get work in a construction operational as an architect or a structural designer, a
site/office manager, supervisor/inspector, clerk of works among many services assigned in. This will
allow me to use my communication skills and technical knowledge. I would like to expand my training role to
include developing and implementing quality assuarance standards and design processes.

- Rate to design and draw both an architectural and structural plan of atleast 450 SM Floor area and
three floors in 3 days.
- 3 years Mentor of other university students and exposed them with arch card program. Preparation of Bill of Quantities, Preparation and evaluation of Tender Documents up to Tender report
analysis.
