I graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Master’s degree in Architecture in 2012. I then worked at Shanghai Construction Group Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., UA Architectural Design & Urban Planning Co., Ltd. and other enterprises, mainly engaging in civil architectural design and urban planning design. In 2021, I joined Tongji Architectural Interior Design Engineering Co., Ltd. and continued to work on architectural and planning design. I was promoted to Engineer at the end of 2016. I won the Excellence Award in the Pudong Vibrant Community Public Space Design Competition Youth Renew Hometown in 2020, and was honored as Outstanding Employee of Tongji Architectural Design (Group) Co., Ltd. for the 2022 fiscal year in 2023. I obtained the National First-Class Registered Architect qualification in 2024 and joined the Shanghai Chapter of American Institute of Architects. This experience facilitated industrial communication and resource expansion, broadened my professional horizons and enhanced my technical capabilities. I was awarded the Senior Engineer professional title in 2025, and became a member of the Shanghai Society of Architects in 2026. In 2020, I published the paper Practical Exploration of Large-scale Complex Projects in TOD Development — Analysis of Three Domestic Typical Cases from the Perspective of Planning and Design in the 9th issue of Urban and Rural Construction. I have fully participated in numerous architectural design projects of diverse types and scales, covering residential and commercial complexes, cultural tourism projects, commercial office plots, TOD research and development, sales exhibition centers and public buildings. Serving as chief designer, professional principal and external coordinator, I have accumulated solid experience in design practice, problem-solving and multi-party coordination. My core professional experience is summarized as follows: For complex commercial and residential projects, I adhere to the principle of positioning adaptation and advantage exploration. For Luyi Bode Century Plaza, leveraging its lakeside location and convenient transportation, the residential part was positioned as luxury lake-view residences. Pedestrian flow guidance design for north-south zones boosted commercial popularity, forming an all-in-one mixed-use commercial complex and driving local commercial prosperity. For China Resources Qingdao Laoshan Metro Superstructure Project, taking full advantage of TOD layout and surrounding passenger flow resources, I overcame challenges of complex commercial layout and cross-disciplinary collaboration, and the high-quality design won multiple industrial awards. For Greenland Nantong Xinduhui Commercial Office Plot, refined facade design was emphasized. Optimized material structure, air shaft louver and expansion joint design ensured consistent design presentation and construction quality. For cultural tourism and rural revitalization projects, I focus on resource integration and innovative concepts. As a bidding design project, Ruzhou Wenquan Town Jianshui Bay Project was developed into a supporting facility of health and wellness tourism complex rooted in local hot spring culture. It balances rural renovation and tourism service functions to meet governmental and market demands. For the planning project of Sinopec Shanghai Research Institute of Petrochemical Technology, adapting to land use conversion from industrial to scientific research and office purposes, the layout complied with urban planning guidelines and eco-friendly positioning, balancing corporate image and staff living comfort and promoting regional functional transformation. For research-oriented projects, I combine theoretical knowledge with practical application and summarize design rules. Entrusted by Greenland Group, I conducted research on TOD complex design system. Key points of rail depot development were sorted out from planning, technology and development dimensions. Design logic of stations at different levels and domestic and overseas case disparities were analyzed, and diversified development and operation modes were proposed to provide theoretical support for TOD engineering practices. For Rongsheng 3.0 Sales Center R&D Project, technical difficulties in constructing irregular curved surfaces were resolved. Material matching and joint details were optimized with cross-department coordination, creating aesthetic and functional architectural forms.
