I am a qualified Professional Architectural Technologist with managerial and creative skills, highly competent and motivated to help undertake both design and BIM coordination. With my background in multidisciplinary project management and a passion for design, I deliver a unique combination of artistic talent and technical expertise. I am thrilled at the opportunity to bring more than 8+ years of experience as an Architect to TheEmployer. Currently, I prepare a full complement of construction documents for mid-rise commercial, residential, industrial and mixed-use properties. I have the prerequisite negotiation, management and budgeting skills to meet all targets in a position at The Employer.
In addition to my design expertise, I'm proficient with major drawing software systems, including AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max and SketchUp. In 2015, I spearheaded an initiative to use these systems to integrate 360-degree panoramic renderings into our client presentations, which resulted in a growth in sales. These renderings have also resulted in improved client communication during project construction and have been praised by clients for providing "incomparable clarity and direction" during all stages of development.
