My professional identity lies at the intersection of architectural design and construction management. With over 13 years of experience across Kenya and Uganda, I have transitioned from a traditional draftsman to a holistic project leader.
Many designers focus solely on conceptual aesthetics, often creating plans that are difficult or expensive to build. Conversely, pure project managers sometimes lack design sensitivity. My career bridges this gap. My architectural foundation from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), combined with practical field experience, allows me to approach every project with a dual perspective: creative vision and practical buildability.

2. Design Philosophy: Aesthetic Pragmatism
My design philosophy is built on three core principles:
Constructability First: Great design must be buildable. My approach is grounded in material reality, structural integrity, and local building codes. I design with the final construction phase in mind, reducing structural challenges and saving client resources.
Spatial Efficiency & Wellness: Space must serve its users. Drawing from my interior architectural design background and landscape credentials, I focus on natural light, spatial flow, durable materials, and environmental integration (such as solar energy).
Detail-Driven Finishes: I believe the success of a space lies in its details. My design process extends to technical shop drawings, custom joinery, lighting layouts, and precise material specifications.

BIM & Drafting: Proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit, enabling me to produce precise architectural plans, elevations, sections, and structural coordination drawings.
Visual Communication: Skilled in SketchUp, Lumion, and Enscape, allowing me to generate realistic 3D visualizations that help clients visualize their spaces before construction begins.
Landscape & Interior Integration: My training in Landscape Design allows me to create cohesive transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces, which is particularly valuable for high-end residential villas and hospitality projects.
Documentation & Detailing: Experienced in drafting detailed interior fit-out specifications, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), electrical/plumbing layouts, and custom joinery details.
