REDI is a Shanghai based, full-service architecture design and consulting firm founded in 2009 by Ryan Zhang.
In our design practice, we are typical technological optimists, believing that technology can not only improve efficiency but also enrich our world to a greater extent, further advancing the progress of human aesthetic concepts, with the aid of today’s powerful computer-based modeling and rendering technology, and powerful factory component
deepening and processing technology. The architectural world that architects can offer and showcase to clients has never been richer and more diverse.
In recent years, we have tried to use parametric design (Rhino and Grasshopper), 3D printing, BIM (Revit & Archicad) and VR technologies to advance our designs and have achieved great results.
Throughout the 13 years of company and Ryan’s nearly 30 years of design practice, the project types cover urban design, government offices, commercial and residential, office and industrial parks, hotels and homestays, the project sites include Shanghai and more than a dozen other provinces in China and some overseas regions, such as
Tanzania, Cambodia, etc.
