PT. " DHAPRA KREASI GEMILANG ":
We are a consulting firm specializing in architectural design services, providing designs for various types of buildings such as houses, villas, boarding houses, shops, offices, apartments, condotels, resorts, and more. Established in 2004 as Murni Design Studio, our company initially consisted of a group of architects who were actively working for various developers and architectural consulting firms.

In the early days, Murni Design operated on a part-time basis, with architects working on projects outside of their regular office hours. However, as the number of projects grew, including designs for houses, villas, boarding houses, shops, and hotels, it became necessary to transition to full-time operations.

In early 2014, Murni Design formed a partnership with HB Design Pte Ltd, a consulting firm from Singapore. This partnership led to the establishment of PT. Dhapra Kreasi Gemilang, which serves as the umbrella company for Murni Design. HB Design Pte Ltd entrusted Murni Design with the development of their projects in India, including a superblok project with 8 towers spanning approximately 150 hectares.

We utilizes the latest technology to create realistic 3D designs, allowing clients to visualize their buildings from various angles. Our design process employs BIM Revit (Singapore standard) as our primary tool, ensuring that our designs are constructible. Additionally, BIM Revit enables us to accurately determine the material requirements for each building.
