Le Bureau Dartec Congo est un cabinet d’architecture faisant parti du groupement DARTEC GROUP qui est
un tablissement compos de plusieurs corps de mtiers, Architectes, ingnieurs et experts en BTP,
spcialistes techniques, designer et artisans fond par l’Architecte DPLG Prince BUVY Affili l’Ordre
Nationale des Architectes ( ONA ) sous le n° CNOA 0355 et en assume la gestion .
Prince BUVY a commenc ses activits depuis 2012 dans le domaine des btiments en tant que projeteur
bureaux d’tudes de la place sur des grands projets tels que le ministre de l’conomie Kinshasa (R+12),
glise de jsus christ des saint des derniers jours, ensuite en tant qu’architecte Designer et dans la
conception des immeubles bureaux du PNUD (R+10), VODACOM (R+10), et enfin Site manager dans la
construction des villas, immeubles appartements et la rnovation de l’entrept de DHL l’aroport de
NDJILI. Il est le fondateur et partenaire de diffrents groupes, bureaux et entreprises qui jouent le rle
important dans le dveloppement des services architecture, d’ingnierie-conseil et services gnraux.
Actuellement, le cabinet d’architecture Dartec Congo a une large exprience dans les aspects diffrents
d’architecture design and Build, de construction, d’ingnierie-conseil, son expertise couvre les domaines
suivants : gestion des projets, audit des btiments, tudes, suivi des travaux, valuation et tudes de
faisabilits pour les projets multidisciplinaires de nature diffrente, y compris infrastructure, planification
gnrale, projets touristiques, usines, logements, tablissement d’ducation, hpitaux, btiments publics
et administratifs, clubs sportifs, conception d’intrieures, amnagement paysager ainsi que projets de
restauration, rnovation et rhabilitation.

Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, then as an architect Designer and in the

construction of villas, apartment buildings and the renovation of the DHL warehouse at
NDJILI airport. He is the founder and partner of various groups, offices and companies that play an
important role in the development of architecture, consulting engineering and general services. Currently, the Dartec Congo architectural firm has extensive experience in the different aspects of
architecture design and Build, construction, engineering consulting, its expertise covers the following areas:
project management, building audit, studies, work monitoring, evaluation and feasibility studies for multidisciplinary projects of different
nature, including infrastructure, general planning, tourism projects, factories, housing, educational establishments, hospitals, public and administrative buildings, sports clubs, interior design, landscaping as well as restoration, renovation and rehabilitation projects.
