My Design Philosophy I combine functionality, aesthetics, technical feasibility, cost efficiency, and durability in every project I take on. Good architecture, to me, should respond to the client's needs, the local environment, available materials, construction methods, and budget. I aim to create contemporary, practical, and comfortable spaces while respecting the realities of construction in the context of the site.
My Capabilities My capabilities span architectural concept development, space planning, residential and commercial design, multi-storey buildings, hospitality, industrial and agricultural facilities, façade development, construction detailing, and architectural coordination. I also deliver structural concrete design, electrical and plumbing design, and full construction supervision.
How I Approach Design I approach design with a strong construction mindset, considering structural systems, materials, constructability, cost, durability, natural lighting, ventilation, and maintenance from the earliest design stages — not as an afterthought.
My Experience My experience covers residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and infrastructure projects. I have been directly involved in building design and construction, reinforced-concrete structures, renovations and structural modifications, construction supervision, material procurement, quantity take-offs, BOQs, MTOs, cost estimation, subcontractor coordination, and site management.
I have also delivered specialized projects such as modern bakery facilities, agricultural infrastructure, irrigation systems, water-storage structures, and other development projects.
Tools I Work With I work fluently with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis, and Navisworks, alongside Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. For visualization I use Lumion, V-Ray, and Photoshop. For coordination, quantity surveying, costing, and project management I rely on Microsoft Project and supporting digital tools.
