Laba Wagle

My name is Laba Wagle with the permanent address at Gundu, Suryabinayak Municipality ward no.7, Bhaktapur district located in Kathmandu valley central region of the country NEPAL. I had completed Bachelor in Civil Engineer in 2018 A.D form Khwopa Engineering College affiliated to Purbanchal University.

During my education period, I had learnt how to became an expert Civil engineer to get participate in the society following different rules and norms by utilising the social resources. A Civil Engineer should understand the different norms and rules of the society before starting any civil engineering project there. Therefore, there is the fact that a CIVIL ENGINEER is a SOCIAL ENGINEER.

I am in a suitable position with an organisation where I can utilise the best of my skills and abilities that fit to my education, skills and experience, a place where an encourage are permitted to be an active participant as well as vital contribute on development of any civil engineering project.

Talking about my experience;
1.I have worked as STRUCTURAL ENGINEER; Structural analysis and
Detailing of RCC buildings with engineering management works for two years
at Dream Home Services Pvt. Ltd., Satdobato, Lalitpur, Nepal.

2.I am working as STRUCTURAL ENGINEER, SITE MANAGER, and
QUANTITY ESTIMATOR at Aarjan Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd., Chabahil,
Kathmandu, Nepal.

Speaking of my skills;
• Sound knowledge of the Auto-CAD 2D in Building and other civil engineering
design.
• Good handling of total station related to survey work.
• Analysis and Design using Structural analysis software (SAP-2000) and
ETABS.
• Social Engineering management in civil engineering works.
• Well team management, conceptual, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in team as leader.
• Quick decision making skill under requirements.
• Problem solving skills according to site working condition.
