Vitruve Espace is a company incorporated in the Republic of Benin. It specializes in the fields of architecture, urban planning and construction. Founded in 2015 by OKE Jrme Oscar, architect registered with the National Association of Architects and Urban Planners of Benin ONAUB, ranked 109th in 2006. Vitruve Espace Sarl is based in the Oum province of Porto-Novo. Driven by innovation, constantly striving for quality and the contextualization of each project in its environment, the chief architect OKE Jrme Oscar, supported by experienced collaborators, has developed expertise and a strong identity thanks to his experience both nationally and internationally. Each achievement of the company hopes to be timeless. Vitruve Espace carries out complete and one-off assignments in several French-speaking and English-speaking African countries. Over the years, the agency has been able to build an ambitious vision of architectural, urban and construction projects, including the development of high-quality projects thanks to its extensive experience in various fields of activity and its ambitious quality projects.

Structure of Vitruve Espace Sarl: It is basically composed of four entities:
- Administrative services;
- Construction workshops;
- Real estate expertise and valuation services;
- Civil engineering services.
Administrative services: Units that coordinate, centralize and manage documents, correspondence. The main responsibilities are: -Customer reception, guidance -Billing and office automation
-File follow-up -Letter management -Collection of administrative documents and classification -Contract preparation -etc.
Composed of research, design and construction and field monitoring services. The research and design department is responsible for engineering design, plan development and its computer formatting, creation of building permit documents, etc. Design departmentReal estate expertise and assessment of market value: This entity is responsible for: -Advice and guidance;

-Property valuation (residential real estate, commercial, office, business, leisure, commercial, agricultural, forestry or land).
Civil engineering services: This service brings together civil engineering engineers responsible for the design, construction, operation and rehabilitation of buildings and infrastructure under its management to meet the needs of society while ensuring public safety and environmental protection. This service covers the fields of structure, engineering, hydraulics, transport and environment. It is composed of construction and monitoring units responsible for the construction and implementation of construction works and field monitoring.
