More than 15 years experienced of interior designing in villas, offices, shops, hotels, commercial and residential buildings. 2. I have knowledge in creating BOQ, and I can do rough estimating cost of the total project budget allocated by the clients. 3. Proficient in 3d's max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, HTML-web designing, Dreamweaver Corel draw. 4. I can create 360 degree rotatable 3d images and 3d walk through animation, mood board during presentation of the propose interior design. 5. Knowledge in joinery technical drawing plan, detailing and CNC cutting file. Proficient in producing shop drawings approval for construction. 6.0Making and processing drawings for approval from Municipality and Civil defense. 7. Making realistic images by using the latest version of 3d’s max and v-ray lighting. 8. Knowledge of MS office like access, excel, power point, and word.

Service Description

The services include the ff: 1.Interior designing on modern concept/ modern contemporary. 2.Providing photo- realistic 3d images ( still images & 360 degree rotatable 3d images )based on the approved furniture layout in all the area- with revision. 3.Providing shop/ and detailed drawings approval for construction- this with revision. 4.Finalization and complete submittals of the drawings- including the approved 3d perspective- ( If no more revision). 5.Providing video animation walkthrough presentation for full package.
