We ensure every consumer getting their favorite spa from JNJSPAS. J&J is manufacturing 13 models of swim spa, made using Aristech acrylic, with sharp technics and experienced workmanship. Our model SPA-8888 is one of the biggest portable swim spa in the world, in size 11000x2200x1580mm, the inside depth is 1480mm. And model SPA-8178 is the unique one in global, is in cascade shape design, in size 7500x2200x1420/1540mm, dual area and dual temp for an endless swimming pool and a jakuzzi. The jakuzzi part is having a built-in 32" LCD TV, DVD player, pop-up speaker, subwoofer entertainment system for the 6 persons. In spa industry, in order to make better, the best quality, we set up the first laboratory in China, to test on the raw material with ultraviolet, high temperature, low temperature, aging test ,salt spray and so on using in different conditions, ensure every material is in reliable and good quality and can be suitable for the spa manufacturing. For example, we need to test the pipes and jets if they can bear extreme high temperature and extreme low temperature, to test stainless steel jets if they are real anti-rusting; to test those plastic parts, which will be expose in sunshine, if they are anti-ultraviolet radiation, and so on. These are vital to the durability and reliability. In 2010, we are the first one to build the production line to produce our hot tub in our new 20,000 square meters workshop. After vacuuming, hand-roll FRP, drilling, assembling, testing, skirting, dry-up, cleaning and packing will be all finished in one chain line. The new assembly line, not only improves our quality control, but also increases greatly our production. J&J can produce 50 pieces of hot tubs and 5 pieces of swim spa per day.Our production capacity will meet large numbers of quantity of distributors,ensure to deliver in time.
