Our Company

My company has CNC manufacturing molds and crushed shells、 shot blasting、cutting、polishing、 sandblasting machines and so on.
Laboratory equipment including: Spectrum Analysis、 Germany Spike Spectromete、 Salt Spray Testing Machine、 Hardness Testing Machine、 Air Tig htness Test Machine.

Q: 1.What is the material of your shower?
Stainless Steel 304# (8% Ni, 18% Cr ), high precision casting meets the American CF-8 standard. SS304#, lead-free, Heat resistant, damp proofing, resistant to corrosion. 

2.How is your factory production capability?
We have Full production lines including Gravity Casting Line, Machining Line, Polishing Line and Assembling line.We can manufacture products up to 10000 pcs per month.

3.Can your factory print our brand on the product?
Our factory can laser print customer's logo on the faucet with the permission from customers. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer’s logo on the shower faucets.

4.How can I get some samples?
We can accept small order at the first cooperation and make productions after payment confirmed. If necessary, we can send samples for you. 

5. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
We have a professional quality inspection team. Every faucet must go through more than 10 tests after every steps to ensure our quality.
