A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable. and the MOQ is 1pcs

Q2. What about the lead time?
* Stock products,delivered within 3 days

* catalogue products:
order<$10,000/10 items,leading time 10-15days,
order>$10,000/10 items and <$50,000/30items ,leading time 15-30 days
order>$50,000/30 items, leading time 30-40 days.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
A: the MOQ of Most of our product is 1pcs, but some item's MOQ is 5pcs/30pcs/100pcs

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Passun will only bear the charge of material of electrical parts for any
defective claim after installation within guarantee period.
