You may see the below pop-ups when you submit an intent recently.
That’s because we are introducing a new rule to help you find design requirements that match your own project experience, as well as help project owners and developers find the ideal designers with exactly the same project type experience.
As always, BuildMost is focused on helping project owners and developers connect with designers and is committed to doing everything it can to make that connecting more efficient.
Let’s say, you are submitting an intent for an interior design requirement of project type “Restaurant”. See the picture below for your reference.
Within the 24 hours after a Design Requirement is posted and audited (hereafter omit this same information): You cannot quote this Requirement in this period for a start. Or you can go premium on BuildMost to be the first to quote (contact service@buildmost.com for more details).
24 - 48 hours (Designers who uploaded interior design works of the same Last Project Types can quote): You will get to quote in this period if you have already uploaded interior design work(s) of “Restaurant” project.
48 - 60 hours (Designers who uploaded interior design works of the same Sub Project Types can quote): You will get to quote in this period if you have already uploaded interior design work(s) of the same Sub Project Types. E.g., if you’ve uploaded interior design work(s) of “Cafe” under the same Sub Project Type “Catering”, you can quote in this period.
60 - 72 hours (Designers who uploaded interior design works of the same Main Project Types can quote): You will get to quote in this period if you have already uploaded interior design work(s) of the same Main Project Type “Hotel, Catering, Entertainment, Tourism Building”.
72 hours (Every Interior Designer Can Quote): You can quote in this period, regardless of the Main Project Types, as long as you have already uploaded 3 online interior design work(s).
In short, to be the first to quote, you may either go premium to quote immediately. Or take advantage of the 24 hours after a Requirement is posted, upload your interior design work(s) with the same Last Project Type, and then submit an intent after the 24-hour countdown. After submission, you may have the opportunity to connect with the project owners or developers earlier!

① The more design works of different project types you upload, the more design opportunities you will get on BuildMost. Design Works of different project types definitely showcase your extensive project experience and capabilities.
② If you upload the same last project type of interior design work(s) as required and submit an intent after the 24-hour countdown, you can have the opportunity to contact the project owners or developers faster. Success is for firstcomers!
