Some of the information is required, while some are optional, but completing more information will help project owners understand you and your design works better. Here's how:
If you offer any of those design services, you can choose the design service type(s) that you can offer to complete Designer Service Information.
(Note: If you have completed Designer Main Information before, you can choose to complete the newly-added information like Design Certificate, Design Award, and Service Description, etc.)
①Architecture Planning and Schematic Design (Floor Plan, Elevation, Section, Renderings)
②Architectural Construction Drawings - Building Construction
③Architectural Construction Drawings - Structural Construction
④Interior Decoration Design (Floor Plan Layout, Renderings, Construction Drawings)
⑤Interior Furnishing
⑥Landscape Design (Floor Plan, Renderings, Construction Drawings)
⑦Steel Structure Design
⑧Glass Curtain Wall Design
When a Designer Service Information is complete and verified, there will be a small green logo beside this design service signaling you can offer this design service type. (You will have access to upload a certain design work if you have completed a certain Designer Service Information.)
①Designer Service Information
After choosing to complete a Designer Service Information that you can offer design service for, you can fill in information such as Department Name, Service Contact, Project Type, and Acceptable Price. There is a lot more you can complete in Designer Service Information to help you build a profile that shows your design capabilities in different aspects.
Note: Again, If previously you have already filled in information in this design service type, you can choose to complete the newly-added information like Design Certificate, Design Award, Service Description, etc.
②Design Work
Designer Service Information is bundled together with Design Work.
For example, you will have to complete Interior Decoration Design (Floor Plan Layout, Renderings, Construction Drawings) in Designer Service Information to be able to upload a design work of Interior Decoration Design).
In this segment, you will fill in information like Project Name, Project Type, Project Location, Project Status, Interior Renderings, and Floor Plan for your design work.
Note: Still, some columns are required to fill in for you to successfully submit this design work. If you have uploaded design work(s) before, you can complete newly-added information for your design work.
By filling in this all-around Designer Service Information and uploading Design Works (Some are required while some are optional), you can:
①Quote Global Project Owners and Developers: Only designers can quote when they have completed a specific designer service information.
②Increase Visibility of You/Your Design Team: BuildMost will push forwards designers/design companies that have more complete profiles to give project owners and developers a better experience.
