We are happy to tell you that there are some new features to help veteran designers like you connect with more global buyers via your comments on design requirements!
First, we introduce a “Go to Homepage” button so that more global buyers can view your profiles on BuildMost through your comments. Before that, please make sure your information (personal/company information and designer service information) is complete and verified by BuildMost.
Further to that, we added an “Invite to Quote” button so that global buyers can still invite qualified designers like you to quote a design requirement when the quotation list is full (“Intents Are Full” as the status). To be invited by global buyers, you must upload design works for the verified design service type and fully meet the criteria subject to design requirements and posted time (e.g., the project type of your design work matches that of the design requirement).
Here’s a quick look at the new features and some important tips for you to connect with more global buyers, better.
*1. Global buyers can view a designer’s profile via the “Go to Homepage” button beside the designer’s name above the comment on a design requirement. To display your profile, a complete and verified information is a must.
*2. The “Invite to Quote” button is right next to the designer’s name above the comment, displayed only when the designer fully meets the criteria (subject to design requirements and posted time) and only the global buyer who posted this design requirement can see it. If the buyer invites you to quote, you’ll get a system message and email notification.
What Benefits You Can Get
You can get more opportunities to quote global buyers and make deals with them through your comments!
For fully quoted design requirements, you just can’t do anything before. But now with this new feature, you can have a second chance to quote - be invited by the buyers!
Even if you can’t meet all the criteria to be invited, you can draw the buyers’ attention through your smart comments. If any global buyers are interested in your design works or profile, they might send you directional inquiries for different projects.
Get Yourself Ready to Quote
● Sell yourself to global buyers in the comment section.
Showcase your advantages, related project design experience, and how you understand the buyer’s design requirement in your comment. This can help you stand out from the rest and the buyer is more likely to view your profile or invite you to quote.
● Match your design work with the requirements you want to quote.
It’s a superb idea that you upload a design work that matches the project type of the posted design requirement. But that’s not final. You can check if the detailed design service type of your design work, your communication languages, and other information are the same as the posted design requirement.
● Upload more design works to get more design opportunities.
Upload design works of different design service types or different project types. Then you can quote more design requirements and be invited by more global buyers to quote.
● Complete your information and get it verified by BuildMost.
Make sure your personal/company information, designer service information, and design works are all finished and verified. Your profile on BuildMost will be displayed only when you are all set. Good of you if you get it all done!
