6. When does the VIP membership take effect after purchase?
Upgrade VIP Membership: The new VIP membership level and benefits will take effect immediately upon the platform receiving the payment for the price difference.
Adjust VIP membership: The adjusted VIP membership level and benefits will take effect immediately after the current VIP membership expires.
7. How to increase the number of quotations for the month?
①Basic members can go to Activate VIP Membership.
②VIP members can upgrade to a higher-level VIP membership.
8. Can I get a refund after making the payment?
After purchasing a membership, you can enjoy the current membership benefits during the validity period, and refunds are not available.

9. Can I apply for invoicing after payment?
After completing the payment for the VIP membership order, you can apply for an electronic invoice in the Order Management.
10. What is the usage order, update time and features of the quotations？
The usage order of the quotations (from first to last):
①Basic member quotations
②VIP member quotations
③Quotation benefits package
The update time of the quotations:
Basic member quotations: On the 1st of each month.
VIP member quotations: The same date of the following month (calculated from the official effective date).
*Note:
If there is no corresponding date in the following month (e.g., 30th or 31st), please refer to the VIP membership type and duration you have chosen and paid for. You can check the details in the "User Center" on the BuildMost platform.
About Quotation Benefits Packages
①The quotation benefits packages are a one-time offering, available for use immediately after purchase. If you purchase some quotation benefits packages at the same time, the system will prioritize using the ones that are about to expire.
②The validity period of the quotation benefits packages is one year, calculated from the date of successful purchase and activation; the validity period will last until the number of quotations in the package is fully used or until the end of the one-year validity period, whichever comes first.
③The quotation benefits packages can only be used within the validity period, and any unused quotation benefits will automatically become invalid after the validity period ends, with no refund or compensation for the fees paid.
