Project Background
The project site is adjacent to West Suzhou River Road to the east, Changshou Road Bridge to the north, Changhua Road to the west, and Xinhui Road (Guihua Road) to the south
Master Plan Renderings
There is planned urban park greening land on the northeast side of the land, and a subway station on the northwest side. By doing so, the narrow space between the main building and the north approach bridge of the land is created as a linear leisure landscape space connecting subway stations and parks, thereby avoiding the negative space between the building and the space before the north approach bridge
Master Plan
To the south of the base is the North Cross Passage Tunnel on Xinhui Road, to the north of the base is the Metro Line 13 underground on Changshou Road, to the northwest of the base is the Jiangning Road Station Exit 2 on Metro Line 13, and to the east of the base is the Suzhou River Riverside Public Greenbelt. The project is located at the intersection of urban transportation and the riverside landscape belt, and is an important node of the Suzhou River Riverside landscape belt.
Exterior Renderings
The main pedestrian direction is on the west side, so the main entrance of the building is located on the west side of the land. A large area of entrance square is planned from the entrance to the west boundary of the land, creating a distinctive art office square through landscape design
Floor Plan
The first and second floors of the area are partially vacated for the office lobby space. The first floor is equipped with a fire control room, a community level cultural and sports facility entrance hall, the rest and the second floor are office supporting spaces, and the third and fourth floors are equipped with 3500 square meters of community level cultural and sports facilities.
Elevation Plan
The exterior facade of this project adopts a curtain wall system. The 1-2 floors of the main building are made of ultra white glass combined with gray aluminum panels, creating an open urban street interface. The 3-4 floors of the main building are made of stone embedded metal profiles, combined with the landscape ramp to create a three-dimensional park atmosphere full of natural atmosphere.
