Exterior Renderings
The inspiration of the design is derived from the landscape elements of white walls, green tiles, and window openings in the classical Suzhou-style garden. The original stone masonry walls serve as the foundation, and the white doorway opens with a window, through which the branches of the native trees pass, blending natural plants with the man-made landscape. We pay tribute to Wright's famous quote: "A truly good building should grow as if it were natural rather than artificially built.
The interior of the gatehouse is decorated with dark curry preserved wood, and a large native tree is located in the center of the gatehouse, with branches passing through the leaky windows, making the process of walking through the gatehouse full of fun due to the sense of surprise. ......
The height of the gatehouse matches the surrounding trees and the mountains, forming a clear landmark without conflicting with the surrounding natural landscape.
The white walls are decorated with the shadows of the trees and the stone walls.
