Project Background
The project is located in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province, using the bottom podium of the residential building to transform into a community service center, in addition to daily community affairs, can also be used as a meal aid point for the elderly, community gathering and performance venues.
Floor Plan
Public culture and activity facilities are an important aspect of the construction of a new era livable community. The first floor of this project focuses on meal help points and community services (repairing electrical appliances, haircuts for the elderly, and handling the daily affairs of the community).
The second floor is mainly for party services, with a caf and multifunctional activity room for all residents.
Interior Renderings
The entrance on the first floor has a waiting area on the left and a consultation desk on the right, and then there is a space for hairdressing and repairing electrical appliances for the public.
