Project Background
This project is located in Shenzhen, with an actual area of 260 square meters. The on-site structure has a height of 4.3 meters and two floors were also built, which made the scene very oppressive.
Project Concept
The owner hopes to increase the usable area through construction, and the designer will reorganize the flow line by partially demolishing and adopting a partially constructed approach on the 4.3 floor, leaving some space empty to meet the functional and spatial requirements.
