Dwarf walls in the slab roof all round is provided to minimize any dangers for the personnel using the area. Natural lighting is well catered for in the units to avoid using electrical lighting during the day by provision of big windows. Exactly how the client wanted.

Project Background

The clients idea was well interpreted by the architect and implemented exactly the client wanted it to attain maximum comfort of the tenants, privacy, good floor and organization. ample parking and security was considered.

The masonry stone wall was plastered, painted, rendered and some sections cladded to clients, architects directions and approval. Designed to key details. Exactly how the client wanted it.

Walkways and stair cases are wide enough for maximum utilization and to avoid any inconvenience for the personnel using them. The site/plot was maximally utilized, well designed for maximum profit.

parking is organized. Entrance is well accessible and centralized as the clients need and ideal. All rooms has access to natural lighting and habitable.
