Project Background
This project is part of the remodeling that was carried out in a duplex house that has 2000 square meters. The owner of the house works baking and her most important request was the design of her kitchen, which is why a functional design was made, where she had all the necessary spaces and had adequate storage and functionality to carry out her work. The final result was undoubtedly a majestic space with impeccable lighting and decoration and above all, the client's request was met.
Regarding the design criteria, a functional space was generated in all its aspects, the design of this kitchen has a gap in terms of minimum functionality measures, additional windows were added so that the space complies with sufficient lighting and ventilation. natural, it should be added, that beyond the functional aspects and governed by the norm, the aesthetic aspect was added to the space, which highlighted and magnified the elaborate design, thus covering all design requirements.
Floor Plan
In the present floor plan, the layout of the kitchen to be designed was executed taking care of the correct functioning of each work space, likewise, it was sought to generate large storage spaces and free circulation so that each of the tasks in the area were fluid.
