Project Background
This is located in zhejiang Anji County shanchuan township in the village of a shop, named "shanchuan Township home", the name directly points out that the shop is in the village of the regional characteristics. The land is the homestead of two brothers in the village. The area and quality of the original house cannot meet the use of the hotel. After demolition, the house was rebuilt, including the integrated design of architecture, interior and landscape.
According to the local homestead area index, the total construction area shall not exceed 870 square meters, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 10 meters. Behind the building is a steep slope about 7 or 8 meters high. Under the condition of keeping a proper distance from the steep slope, the front courtyard should be as large as possible, and the distance from the Zhaiqian village road will be further and more quiet.
The integrated design of architecture, interior and landscape ensures the overall atmosphere of the project, especially during the design period, the architecture, interior and landscape are conceived at the same time, without distinction between inside and outside
During the implementation, the design also made some corresponding changes and improvisation according to the requirements of the owner and the situation on site, some unexpected good effects, but also some unavoidable deficiencies. For example, some scales and materials of the courtyard wall, gatehouse and other parts are not fully implemented in accordance with the design, and the proper temperature is slightly lacking.
