In-situ Villa 01 is a contemporary hillside residence that responds sensitively to its terrain. The villa steps organically along the slope, creating terraces, balconies, and outdoor living spaces with expansive views. Natural stone retaining walls, textured earthy finishes, timber, and perforated metal screens give the building a warm, contextual character. The project is located in Mtongwe, Likoni , Mombasa.
