This contemporary residence was designed to achieve a balance between bold architectural expression and everyday functionality. Defined by clean geometric forms, cantilevered volumes, and carefully layered fades, the design creates a strong visual identity while maintaining a refined and elegant appearance.
Vertical timber-inspired screening elements provide privacy, solar control, and texture, softening the building's modern massing while enhancing its aesthetic appeal. Large glazed openings maximize natural light and strengthen the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The composition is further enriched by contrasting materials, recessed balconies, and thoughtfully integrated landscaping that complements the architectural form.
