Project Background
This R+2 residential project in LOME, Togo, reflects a contemporary architectural vision focused on functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. It is designed to create a modern and comfortable living environment adapted to its urban and climatic context. The spatial layout optimizes circulation, natural lighting, and user comfort. The client required a functional, elegant residence that enhances quality of life while expressing a refined and contemporary architectural identity.
Exterior Renderings
This is a 3-storey modern minimalist house.
The overall design is highly suitable for the tropical climate. The exterior features a pure off-white matte finish, combined with dark black narrow-frame sliding windows. The lines are sleek and clean, without any unnecessary decorations, creating a minimalist and sophisticated visual texture.
The building adopts a staggered block design, with different-height blocks interwoven to break the monotony of the plan and elevation. On each floor, large-area glass balconies are set up, and some of the balconies are equipped with transparent glass railings.
