Project Background
Nankunshan Vacation Villa, with a total construction area of about 350 square meters, takes "Symbiosis with Nature · Zen Dwelling" as its design concept. Based on the mountain texture of Nankunshan, it creates a high-end detached villa that combines vacation leisure with oriental aesthetics.
Exterior Renderings
The design theme focuses on "hiding in the mountains and integrating with nature", abandoning cumbersome decorations and integrating oriental elements with modern minimalist techniques, making the building an extension of the mountain scenery and realizing the vacation vision of "living here, you can enjoy the mountains, listen to the wind and embrace tranquility".
The design strategy focuses on local integration and ecological adaptation, respecting the natural texture of the site, maximizing the use of south-facing lighting and mountain scenery, and balancing leisure experience with residential practicality.
The materials are restrained and warm: the exterior wall is made of off-white real stone paint with warm brown lines, and glass curtain walls are used only echoes the mountain tones but also ensures spatial transparency; the roof adopts the layout of roof landscape and swimming pools, realizing the unity of ecology and aesthetics.
The integrated design of the living and dining room on the first floor is connected with the south-facing enclosed courtyard to form an open and transparent public activity area; the upper floor is a private rest area, and the top floor is equipped with a roof swimming pool and planting pool to create an aerial leisure secret place, realizing the separation of dynamic and static areas and public and private areas.
The design highlights emphasize natural interaction and detailed texture. The openable shutters balance sunshade and privacy, and the 270°lighting connects indoor and outdoor landscapes seamlessly; the enclosed courtyard with a side courtyard landscape corridor creates a quiet entrance experience.
Overall, it not only meets the core demand of vacation relaxation but also highlights the minimalist aesthetics and ecological concept of modern oriental style.
