Project Background
The project is located in a suburb, having only a few inhabitants. This two-floor residential design embraces a contemporary tropical aesthetic, making use of clean modern lines with traditional pitched roof geometry and tactile natural materials. It was designed for a retired teacher, ensuring serenity and calm living
Exterior Renderings
The structurehas a compound hipped and gabled roof configuration clad in dark standing-seam metal, providing a sleek, modern crown while efficiently managing tropical rainfall. The second floor features a front balcony enclosed by a frameless glass railing, sheltered beneath a gabled overhang detailed with horizontal wooden louvers for ventilation and visual warmth.
