This modern powder room features a sophisticated blend of natural textures and minimalist design. The focal point is a large, circular backlit mirror set against a feature wall of rich wood paneling with vertical slats. Below it, a white vessel sink with a sleek black faucet sits on a floating wooden vanity. The surrounding walls are finished in a textured, light gray stone tile that adds an earthy feel. Warm, recessed ceiling spotlights illuminate the space, casting a soft glow.

The bedroom features a contemporary minimalist design characterized by warm natural wood finishes, clean architectural lines, and a neutral color palette. A king-size bed with an upholstered headboard serves as the focal point, complemented by custom wooden wall panels and integrated wardrobes that maximize storage efficiency. Pendant globe lights and recessed LED strip lighting provide ambient illumination, enhancing the room's visual comfort and spatial depth.

The living room features a contemporary minimalist design defined by clean lines, neutral tones, and an open spatial layout. Large floor-to-ceiling windows maximize natural daylight while establishing a seamless visual connection with the surrounding landscape. The furniture arrangement consists of two upholstered sofas positioned around a glass coffee table, promoting conversation and social interaction. Light-colored flooring and white walls enhance the sense of spaciousness.

The vestibule features a contemporary minimalist design with clean lines, neutral finishes, and an efficient spatial layout. Large floor-to-ceiling glazing maximizes natural daylight while providing unobstructed exterior views and enhancing the sense of openness. Linear recessed LED fixtures deliver uniform ambient lighting, emphasizing the simplicity of the architectural composition. The kitchen features a contemporary design that combines functionality, elegance, and high-quality materials. Custom wooden cabinetry provides ample storage while creating a warm and sophisticated aesthetic. A marble-finished countertop and central island offer generous workspace and casual seating, enhancing both food preparation and social interaction. Built-in appliances, under-cabinet lighting, and a modern range hood improve efficiency and visual appeal.

Project Background

This project involves the comprehensive remodeling of an existing single-family residence to improve functionality, comfort, and architectural quality while preserving its primary structural system. The intervention includes space reconfiguration, renewal of finishes, upgrades to building services, and custom cabinetry using durable contemporary materials. Developed under the Residential Amorphis concept, the proposal extends service life and meets current living standards. For future occupants.

Floor Plan

The ground floor of Residence B-01 is organized through an orthogonal layout integrating social, private, and service areas. A covered porch leads to the main entrance and central hall, connecting the living room, dining room, and open-plan kitchen with a central island. A service core includes the staircase and laundry, while a rear bedroom with an en-suite bathroom enhances accessibility. A detached barbecue pavilion complements the residential program and outdoor living.
