Project Background

Located in Prudential Tower, Jakarta. The design is a Human-Centric & Inclusive Work Environment, inspired by Prudential Syariah’s values. The mood is Bright & Inspiring, using warm colors (green, brown, rust) to create a welcoming space. Functional design must account for the building's core/plumbing, utilize the great natural light, and provide flexible/diverse work settings for an inclusive experience.

Floor Plan

This is the General Arrangement Plan L11 for the new office design (Total Area: 1160 sqm). Headcount (Total 207): 131 Workstations, 5 Private Offices, 66 Collaboration/Pod spaces. Key Spaces: The plan features a large Open Working Area, multiple Meeting Rooms (Big, Small, Training), a Prayer Room, Pantry, and Hub Room. It details the precise location and capacity of all allocated spaces, supporting a total of 207 occupants for the new layout.
