Project Background
The project is located in the city of Ambato, Ecuador, and is designed for a married couple with three children. The main intentions of the project are for the house to have spacious, well-lit and ventilated rooms, as well as generous social areas, all in a modern style.

Front view of the house enclosure; rock and wood materials are used as cladding to give greater value to the project.
The facade combines contrasting colors and materials to give it greater dynamism when viewed.
A combination of volumes, materials, and layouts is used to convey luxury and functionality to the project.
The rear facade is symmetrically arranged on the second floor, designed to give greater prominence to the projected volumes. On the ground floor, however, all glass is used to create a dialogue between the social areas and the rear patio.
